Beta eligibility and data restriction
This beta is intended for adults who agree to use only synthetic or non-identifiable test information. Do not submit real patient records, protected health information, or another person's personal information. Features may change, be interrupted, or be reset during testing.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and device, and promptly revoke sessions you do not recognize. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, usage limits, or another user's access restrictions.
Food, symptom, and photo information
Scores, trends, nutrition values, photo suggestions, serving estimates, recipes, and related content are informational estimates. Review entries before saving them and do not rely on them for diagnosis, medication decisions, allergy safety, or treatment. Meal photos should not contain faces, documents, medication labels, or identifying details.
Points and recipes
Journal points are an in-app engagement feature. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted if awarded in error or if the reward rules change.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, automate abusive traffic, or use the beta in a clinical workflow.
Availability and responsibility
The beta is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, InflamEase and Biotech Health are not responsible for decisions made from estimated or user-entered information. Some legal rights cannot be excluded and remain unaffected.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the beta and delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended to protect users or the service, address misuse, or comply with law. These terms may change as the product develops; an updated effective date will be published.
